The Universal Imaging Utility is licensed on a Per Seat basis. That is, each and every unique computer which will receive an Image prepared with UIU must be covered by your License. Note: All pricing is subject to change without notice.

Annual Subscription (support, upgrades and updates) is included with the purchase of licenses for the first year. This can be renewed for additional one-year periods.
Please note: The MINIMUM License available is for 100 machines.

The product is available via download. There is a charge of $US10.
Discounts may be available for qualifying educational facilities, non-profit organisations and government agencies.

	The UIU Media Pack is an optional item and should be ordered by Customers who are not able to easily download the large (1.7GB) UIU software. Media Packs, which include the software on DVD and manual, can only be purchased with UIU licenses.
